We believe in making shopping better. Smarter, personal and more rewarding. That’s why we introduce the new Wrapp, an app that comes with a card. Together the app and the card adds intelligence to every purchase you make by giving you offers and rewards from brands you like and follow. 

Founded in the first half of 2011 by a group of serial entrepreneurs, Wrapp has its headquarter in Stockholm. In January 2012 Wrapp closed its Series A funding from Atomico, Greylock and Creandum. In June 2013 Wrapp closed its series B funding from current investors, American Express, Qualcomm Ventures and SEB Private Equity. Niklas Zennström (Skype) and Reid Hoffman (LinkedIn) have joined Wrapp’s board.

Everybody shops, whether for fun or out of necessity. At Wrapp we believe we can make the experience more interesting by letting your favourite merchants reward you with cashbacks and perks for your visit. This is marketing that is good for everyone. With Wrapp, merchants can perform marketing campaigns using targeting and reporting capabilities that are commonplace in online advertising but virtually non-existent for real-world brick-and-mortar stores.

Wrapp’s challenge is to build a product that both users and merchants love. We are in a dynamic space full of unknowns where both experimentation and playfulness are necessary in order to find a good fit. We are looking for people with different skills, backgrounds and beliefs to help us improve our service and company.

The Wrapp Customer Success Team is responsible for delivering the best possible journey for our users while simultaneously making sure we are taking care of our merchants. We work closely with the Sales, Marketing and Engineering team, ensuring that our work is of the best quality possible.

As a Customer Success Professional at Wrapp you will be responsible for creating and following up on offers. You manage budgets, set goals together with the client and analyse the data.

  • You're fluent in written Swedish and English.
  • You’re an excellent writer with a creative eye.
  • You’ve got a positive attitude. Where others see problems, you see solutions.
  • You love communicating with people - be it via email or in person.
  • You work efficiently, can manage many tasks at once, and have a data-driven approach.
  • You’re comfortable with tech.
  • Any experience in Photoshop, is a big plus!
  • Previous experience working in a tech and/or product-focused company is also a huge plus.
