We are looking for a reliable and energetic Swedish Sales Manager Inbound (f/m) for the Swedish speaking market with immediate effect to expand our sales team.


  • Acquisition of new customers through inbound calling (no cold calls)

  • Assisting and guiding potential clients with expert knowledge of our services

  • Meeting the customers’ needs

  • Maintaining high customer retention and succeeding in completing the sale

  • Making sure that the clients’ satisfaction is maintained at a high standard on a daily basis

  • Administrative tasks



  • You have a communicative and friendly character

  • You have a natural talent to sell and excel with an authentic as well as persuasive personality

  • You have an excellent telephone manner (experience in Telesales or Customer Service is an advantage)

  • You are energetic, motivated and your competitive nature pushes you to meet your monthly goals

  • You enjoy advising and aim to create a relationship with our potential clients by demonstrating your passion for the job

  • You solve problems quickly, enjoy taking the initiative and keep cool in stressful situations

  • You want to work in a company that you can identify with, has the right team spirit as well as respects and values you

  • You have solid MS office knowledge, familiarisation with Salesforce is an advantage

  • Your Swedish is on an excellent native level
